Our range of sensors includes pressure transducers, level sensors, flow transducers and temperature sensors. A sensor is a device that converts a physical property into an electrical signal. The Woodside range of sensors fit hand in hand with the Woodside Intellidrive Control system.
Woodside Level sensors are suitable for measuring/monitoring the depth of a well, tank or borehole. Manufactured to a high level of accuracy, our smallest diameter sensor measures only 13mm and will slide down a very small sampling tube.
Woodside Pressure Sensors come as standard with a 1/4" BSP thread (other threads available on request) and can be inserted into pipework carrying clean water, dirty water or air. Used in conjunction with one of our tank connectors the 0-1 bar sensor also makes a cost effective tank level monitor.
Float switches are used to detect the level of liquid in a tank and, due to their simplicity and low cost, are still the most widely used form of level sensor. The switch may be used to control a pump, as an indicator, and alarm, or to control other devices.
